1. Special rates for inbound Business- Validity Policy

The rates are wholesale FIT/GIT/Series business rates application only to tour Operators for Leisure Brochure programs. The Tour operators are requested to provide a copy of the relative brouchures. Vouchers for these booking must mention the name the brouchure program. Group tariff is valid for minimum of 14 paying pax. One confide tour leader will be free on the same plan as the group. These rates are applicable for the inbound Business only and on the internet, electronic media or any other media which is open to general public and has unrestricted viewer ship.

2. Cancellation Policy

FIT Business:-
All cancellation received less than 7 days prior to arrival will attract retention charges of 1 night.

GIT/Series Business:-
All booking confirmation to be received 45 days prior to arrival. The booking will be realized only if the voucher is not received 30 days prior to the date of the arrival .All cancellation received in less than 14 days prior to arrival will retention charges of 1 night.

Pre-payment services vouchers must be received at the time of booking for the confirmation. (No later than 30 days prior to the arrival date). All payments have to be settled prior to the departure from the hotel in cash or demand draft favoring the hotel unit.

However, should a credit arrangement exist between our two companies, the bills have to be cleared within 15 days of receipt of bills. If payment is not cleared within 30 days than interest @ 18% will be charged. After the expiry of 60 days time, if the payment are still not cleared than the special rates offered will be withdrawn and the rack will be charged for your business which is solely your responsibility.

4. Allocation / Confirmation/Release Policy.

Based on the availability status, the rooms will be allocated for the bookings received. Confirmation will be provided only after receipt of payment/service voucher, naming the list and other request details.

Non Receipt of pre-payment / service voucher or Naming list plus any other requested details within the specified time frame i.e. 30 days for GIT/Series business & 7 days for FIT business, may lead to release of booking by us.

5. The New Years Eve supplement is mandatory for all staying guests on the New Years Eve.

6. The special rate structure will be confidential between the two companies only.
